Our vision is to be a provider of clean energy solutions. We own and develop
technologies that enable the production of certified synthetic fuels and
renewable power when integrated with certain other third-party technologies. Our
clean energy technology portfolio includes the Rentech-SilvaGas biomass
gasification technology (the "Rentech-SilvaGas Technology") and the
Rentech-ClearFuels biomass gasification technology (the "Rentech-ClearFuels
Technology"), which can produce synthesis gas ("syngas") from biomass and waste
materials for production of renewable power and fuels. Renewable hydrogen can
also economically be separated out of the syngas produced using the
