We are a growth-oriented publicly-traded Delaware limited partnership formed in
2005 engaged in the gathering, treating, processing, compression and
transportation of natural gas and NGLs. We focus on providing midstream services
in some of the most prolific natural gas producing regions in the United States,
including the Haynesville, Eagle Ford, Barnett, Fayetteville and Marcellus
shales as well as the Permian Delaware basin. Our assets are primarily located
in Louisiana, Texas, Arkansas, Pennsylvania, Mississippi, Alabama and the mid-
continent region of the United States, which includes Kansas, Colorado and
Oklahoma.
