We are a credit enhancement company. Our strategic objective is to prudently
grow our core mortgage credit enhancement business while providing value to our
clients in the acquisition, management and distribution of credit risk,
primarily in domestic and also in selected international markets. We develop and
deliver credit enhancement products by applying our credit risk expertise and
structured finance capabilities to the credit enhancement needs of our
counterparties.
Based on this foundation of credit risk evaluation and expertise, we offer
products and services through three business segments-mortgage insurance,
financial guaranty and financial services:
