We are a Global Skin Health SolutionsT company that provides disease management
and aesthetic solutions through innovative laser systems, light-based devices
and science-based skincare products. Through our relationships with
dermatologists and plastic surgeons, our products address multiple skin diseases
and skin conditions, including psoriasis, vitiligo, acne and sun damage. Our
experience in addressing these diseases and conditions in the physician market
has allowed us to expand our products and services to provide skin health
solutions to certain non-physician markets.
Our History
We were organized in 1987 and through 1999 were principally a research and
development company with insignificant end-user revenue. In January 2000, the
FDA issued a 510(k) clearance for the XTRAC laser system, an important milestone
