We are a biopharmaceutical company focused on the discovery, development and
commercialization of orally-administered, small molecule drugs known as
pharmacological chaperones. Pharmacological chaperones are a novel,
first-in-class approach to treating a broad range of diseases including
lysosomal storage disorders and diseases of neurodegeneration. Our goal is to
become a leading biopharmaceutical company in these areas. Our current strategic
priorities include the following:
. Phase 3 development of our lead product candidate, Amigal for Fabry disease;
. preclinical and clinical development of combination therapy involving
pharmacological chaperones and enzyme replacement therapy; and
