We are one of the five largest radio broadcasting companies in the United States
with a nationwide portfolio in excess of 100 stations in 23 markets, including
San Francisco, Boston, Seattle, Denver, Portland, Sacramento and Kansas City.
Radio stations serving the same geographic area, which may be comprised of a
city or combination of cities, are referred to as markets or as distinct
operating segments. We aggregate these operating segments to create one
reportable segment. We were organized in 1968 as a Pennsylvania corporation.
