The terms "we," "us," "our" or the "Company" refer to Brandywine Realty Trust, a Maryland real estate investment trust, individually or together with its consolidated subsidiaries, including Brandywine Operating Partnership, L.P. (the "Operating Partnership"), a Delaware limited partnership. We are a self-administered and self-managed real estate investment trust, or REIT, that provides leasing, property management, development, redevelopment, acquisition and other tenant-related services for a portfolio of office, mixed-use and industrial properties. As of December 31, 2009, we owned 212 office properties, 22 industrial facilities and three mixed-use properties (collectively, the "Properties") containing an aggregate of approximately 23.3 million net rentable square feet.
