We design, develop, produce and support a technologically-advanced portfolio
of unmanned aircraft systems, or UAS, that we supply primarily to organizations
within the U.S. Department of Defense, or DoD, charging systems for electric
vehicle batteries and power cycling and test systems that we supply to
commercial and government customers. We derive the majority of our revenue from
these business areas and we believe that the markets for these solutions have
significant growth potential. Additionally, we believe that some of the
innovative potential products in our research and development pipeline, some of
which we receive customer funding to develop, others we fund ourselves, will
emerge as new growth platforms in the future, creating additional market
