are headquartered in Houston, Texas, USA. Atwood Oceanics, Inc. was organized in
1968 as a Texas corporation and commenced operations in 1970.
During our thirty-nine year history, the majority of our drilling units have
operated outside of United States waters, and we have conducted drilling
operations in most of the major offshore exploration areas of the world. Our
