We are a publicly-traded Delaware limited partnership formed in 1999 whose
common units are listed on the New York Stock Exchange under the symbol "APL."
Our principal business objective is to generate cash for distribution to our
unitholders. We are a leading provider of natural gas gathering services in the
Anadarko and Permian Basins located in the southwestern and mid-continent United
States and the Appalachian Basin in the eastern United States. In addition, we
are a leading provider of natural gas processing and treating services in
Oklahoma and Texas.
Our general partner, Atlas Pipeline Partners GP, LLC ("Atlas Pipeline GP" or the
"General Partner"), manages our operations and activities through its ownership
